Return & Exchange Policy

At Eagle Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you experience any issues with your item, we offer a clear and fair return and exchange policy for all our products, including AirPods, power banks, headphones, chargers, and electronic accessories.


Return & Exchange Period

You may request a return or exchange within:

  • 14 days from the delivery date for unused and unopened items.

  • 7 days for defective or damaged products.


Conditions for Return & Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  1. The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  2. All accessories, manuals, and included items must be returned.

  3. For hygiene and technical reasons, opened earphones or AirPods cannot be returned unless the item is defective.

  4. Products damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return or exchange.


Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos or videos of the issue.

  • We will inspect the case and provide a replacement or refund according to the policy.


Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued after the returned item is inspected and approved.

  • Refunds may take 3–7 business days to be processed.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is defective.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened AirPods or earbuds (for hygiene reasons)

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

  • Products without original packaging or missing accessories


Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

  • If the customer refuses delivery, return shipping fees may be deducted from the refund.
