Return & Exchange Period

Conditions for Return & Exchange
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

All accessories, manuals, and included items must be returned.

For hygiene and technical reasons, opened earphones or AirPods cannot be returned unless the item is defective.

Products damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return or exchange.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product:

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Provide clear photos or videos of the issue.

We will inspect the case and provide a replacement or refund according to the policy.
Refund Process

Refunds are issued after the returned item is inspected and approved.
